Return and exchange of goods

After placing an order and before shipping, the buyer has the right to refuse it without penalty.

The buyer has the right to refuse the order within 7 days from the date of its receipt.

It is possible to return goods of good quality if its presentation, consumer properties, as well as a document confirming fact and conditions of purchase of said goods. The absence of the specified document from the buyer does not deprive him of the opportunity to refer to other evidence of the purchase of the goods from this seller.

The buyer is not entitled to refuse the goods of good quality, having individually defined properties, if the specified goods can be used exclusively by the purchaser by the consumer.

When returning goods of good quality, we will return its cost no later than 10 days from the date of receipt of the goods and your written application, however, within the specified period, we have the right to conduct an examination of the goods in order to determine its quality and the safety of consumer properties.

If more than 10 days have passed since the moment the goods were handed over to us and the return was processed, please report this in feedback available on the site on each page or by phone +7 (921) 318 80 93.

For citizens of the Russian Federation:

  • passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation;
  • military ID, temporary ID issued instead of a military ID, or identity card (for persons who are doing military service);
  • temporary ID of a citizen of the Russian Federation, issued for the period of issuing a passport;
  • certificate of the established form, issued to citizens of the Russian Federation who are in places of detention of suspects and accused / certificate of release from places of deprivation of liberty;
  • identity document of a citizen of the Russian Federation, according to which a citizen The Russian Federation enters the Russian Federation (for persons permanently residing outside the territory of the Russian Federation).
  • sailor's passport

For foreign citizens:

  • national foreign passport of a foreign citizen;
  • diplomatic passport of a foreign citizen;
  • temporary residence permit for a stateless person;
  • view residence permit for a stateless person;
  • the document indicated in the migration card, on the basis which the person entered the territory of the Russian Federation;
  • refugee certificate or Certificate of consideration of an application for recognition as a refugee in the territory of the Russian Federation;
  • sailor's passport.

You have the right to exchange goods of good quality for a similar one within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, not counting the day of purchase, if the goods did not suit you in shape, size, style, color, size or configuration.

Goods of good quality are not subject to exchange:

  • Having individually defined properties, if the specified product can be used exclusively by the buyer acquiring it;
  • Specified in List of non-food products of adequate quality not subject to return or exchange, approved Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 19.01.1998 #55.

If at the time of your request for the exchange of goods, similar then the item is not in the  Mingli.ru sale, you can refuse the item and request a refund.

Claims for a product/order of inadequate quality

A product of inadequate quality is a product that is defective and cannot ensure the performance of its functional qualities.

The received goods must correspond to the description on the site. The difference in design or design elements from those stated in the description on the site is not a malfunction or non-functionality of the goods.

The appearance and completeness of the goods, as well as the completeness of the entire order, must be checked by the recipient at the time of delivery of the goods (except for delivery by mail). Upon delivery of the goods, you put your signature on the delivery receipt, in the column: "Order accepted, completeness is complete, delivery services are provided, claims to the quantity and  I don't have the appearance of the product. I am familiar with the conditions for returning goods. After receiving the order, claims for external defects in the goods, their quantity, completeness and presentation are not accepted.

If you were given goods of inadequate quality, and it was not agreed in advance by the seller, you have the right to use the provisions of Art. 18 of the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights.

Due to the peculiarities of the remote method of sale, the replacement of goods can only be carried out by returning the goods of inadequate quality and placing a new order for a similar product.

You have the right refuse to fulfill the contract of sale, return the goods of inadequate quality and demand a refund of the amount paid for the goods.

Any of the listed requirements must be submitted by you in writing via feedback.

Goods not covered by warranties

For the sake of clarity, we list below the most typical signs of improper quality of some goods that are not covered by warranties.

Book and magazine products : internal defects leading to loss or distortion of information – "shifters" (block of pages reversed with respect to  book cover), tears, creases, pages stuck together, missing pages; specimens with relief relief, blind embossing, holographic images, stereo illustrations, polymer films.

In relation to goods of inadequate quality, for which warranty periods and expiration dates are not established, the buyer has the right to make claims to the quality of the goods if the defects are discovered within a reasonable time, but within 2 years from the date of their transfer to the buyer (paragraph 2, clause 1, article 19 of the Law of the Russian Federation "On Protection of Consumer Rights").

According to the law, the seller is responsible for the defects of the goods, for which the warranty period is not set, if the buyer proves that they arose before the transfer of the goods to the buyer or for reasons that arose before that moment.

Attention! When returning a product, if it is part of a set, or a multi-volume edition (for example, a book in 2 volumes, a set ct DVD consisting of  multiple discs), only the complete set can be returned.
