Technical requirements for working with protected files

To study our courses and watch videos you will need a computer, laptop or tablet running Windows 7 or older or Mac OS&nbsp ;Mavericks (10.11 or later, with 64-bit CPU). You can read more about opening files in secure format here.

Two licenses per protected file (we recommend using one device for working with protected content)

⚠️ To work with protected files, programs that take screenshots, record from the screen, and also provide remote access to the computer (for example, TeamViewer or remote access to the computer via REMOTE DESKTOP) must be turned off.

Currently, it is only possible to open protected files on mobile devices using Android and iOS.

Technical requirements for participation in webinars

Computers running Windows 7 or later and Mac OS X 10.9 (Mavericks) are supported. The computer must be connected to the Internet with a speed of at least 500 kilobits per second (WiFi or 4G connection recommended).
