For payments with cards issued by non-Russian banks, we use the Prodamus system. (When paying through this system, the cost of the order in rubles will increase by approximately 15% – this is due to additional costs for currency conversion and cost transactions.)

When paying with bank cards supporting 3D Secure / SecureCode – confirmation of the operation with a one-time SMS password – all transactions with bank cards become even more secure.

If you are outside the Russian Federation, then to pay with cards of Russian banks, you must turn on the switch "Payment metods valid in Russia".

If payment will be made through the Prodamus payment aggregator, then in this case, three steps must be taken to pay (⚠️ To translate pages, please use the browser's built-in auto-translation):

1. Choose a payment option "Payment by card of all countries of the world, except for the Russian Federation"

2. Click the Pay button to proceed to filling in the card data and payment confirmation

3. Fill in the required fields, taking the data from the bank card, which will be used for payment. Please note that the name and surname of the owner and other data must be written in the same way as they are written on the card.

After successful payment, you will receive an email confirming that the order status has changed to "Paid":

1. If you have purchased printed materials or other products, your order will be marked as "Accepted"; within three working days it will change the status to "Awaiting shipment"; and within a couple of days you will receive a notification about order status changed to "Shipped" which will contain the postal identifier by which you can track and receive the shipment. To track the shipment, we recommend installing Russian Post Application
2. If you have purchased electronic products (Personal Calendar, Extended Qi Men, app period Almanac, Good Luck Calendar, Feng Shui Guide, or period for GoogleMaps), then they become available for your profile immediately after payment! 3. If you have purchased the training, then the necessary recordings are added automatically or within three business days after the webinar. After adding materials, you will be sent a notification about adding materials with the necessary links and instructions.
